Our support and services
At Hope Rising Resource and Referral Center Initiative, we understand that finding help during a difficult time can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process easier by connecting individuals and families with trusted resources and supportive services. We provide resource navigation and referrals for domestic violence services, emergency and transitional housing, food and basic needs, counseling and mental health support, legal advocacy, employment assistance, financial resources, and other community-based services. When possible, we provide warm referrals and follow-up support to help ensure individuals are connected to the appropriate organization.
