We connect people with emergency shelter, housing assistance, food and basic necessities, counseling, legal and advocacy services, and employment resources.

Who we help
Hope Rising Resource and Referral Center Initiative serves individuals and families in Lake County and surrounding communities who are experiencing domestic violence, homelessness, housing instability, financial hardship, or other life challenges.
